	ABOUT OUR PRINCIPAL Chuck Smith, President/Broker   During a 35-year career in the Advertising Business in Manhattan, Chuck began purchasing multi-family property in the Village of Nyack. His hands-on experience as an owner, investor, manager and landlord helped him to develop the expertise that he would later offer to commercial real estate clients and customers. Upon his retirement from Madison Avenue in 1992, he founded Smith Properties to serve owners of commercial property and real estate professionals. Chuck is a past President of the Nyack chamber of Commerce, a founding member of the Greater Haverstraw Chamber of Commerce, and is active in the Rockland Business Association. He has brought many of Nyack’s most popular and successful businesses to the downtown area, and works closely with the Ginsburg Development Corp. in the ongoing revitalization of the Village of Haverstraw.
	ABOUT RICKY SANCHEZ Sales Associate   Born and raised in Haverstraw, Ricky has served as a Trustee and Deputy Mayor of the Village. He is a graduate of the North Rockland School System and of Ramapo College, where he majored in Marketing & Communications. Ricky brings a very special understanding of Haverstraw and all of North Rockland, as well as a fluency in both Spanish and English, to the sale and leasing of commercial real estate.
