General Information About Our Residential Rentals
Rental Commissions are equivalent to one month's rent. The commission is payable on the day you sign a lease. It may be paid in cash, by check, or -- at Smith Properties -- with a Visa or Mastercard.
Any rental you see through Smith Properties will be in good to excellent condition or better. We represent only those Landlords who maintain their properties and provide timely repairs and service.
Since 1992, when Smith Properties began renting homes and apartments in the rivertowns, we have worked hard to be known as The Rental Professionals. We have worked on behalf of thousands of Tenants and for many of the better Landlords. Today, we pride ourselves on being experts in every aspect of the rental process, and on being able to deliver the highest possible level of service to both clients and customers.
